Canada just held another All programs Express Entry draw today 29th of March 2023 and a total of 7000 candidates were once again sent invitation to apply for permanent residence. The cut off mark used was 481. The cut off mark used for this draw was lower than that use for the last draw. This is a very good development as more people outside Canada now have an opportunity to be invited.
